ENTRANCE GATE CAMERAS are now functioning 24/7.
HOUSE PAINTING / REPAINTING: Pastel colors are no longer approved for
painting and repainting of homes. An Architectural Modification Request form
must be submitted with samples of the house and trim color to the management
company.
ENTRY DECALS: Entry decals may be obtained from the management company
at a cost of $10.00 per decal.
DRIVEWAYS: Residents who do not have enough space in their driveway, can
obtain approval from the Association Architectural Review Board (ARB) and the
City of Pembroke Pines to widen their driveway to 26 feet. This allows three cars
to be parked in the driveway.
LANDSCAPING: No tree can be removed without the approval of the City of
Pembroke Pines and the ARB. No artificial grass, plants or other artificial
vegetation shall be placed or maintained upon the exterior portion of any property.
Let us maintain the community clean. If you see any cans, cups, papers in front of
your residence, please pick-up these items and dispose of them in the trash
containers.
PROHIBITED VEHICLES: Recreational Vehicles (RV's), campers, and boats are
not permitted in the community unless they are stored in your garage.
Parking on the swale or sidewalk is not permitted.
PETS: Please pick-up after your pets
ALHAMBRA PARK lights are turned off at 10:00PM daily. DRUG ACTIVITY has
been observed at the Alhambra Park and the Guest Parking at 198th Terrace and
3rd Place. Please report to the Police any suspicious activity observed. You can
remain anonymous.
